• Matrimonial Information: Education, occupation, height, and other details voluntarily provided for matrimonial profiles
• Chat Messages: Messages sent in community group chats
• Device Information: Device tokens for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and display your profile within the community
• To build and display family tree connections
• To show matrimonial profiles to other registered members
• To send push notifications for birthdays, events, and chat messages
• To enable community group chat functionality

3. Information Sharing

Your information is shared only with other registered members of the Paliwal Samaj Setu community. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties outside the community.

You can control visibility of sensitive fields like date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth through toggle settings in your profile.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Profile photos and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the administrator.

6. Children's Privacy

Family tree profiles may include minors as part of family records. These profiles are managed by their parents or guardians. Minors cannot independently create accounts.

• View and edit your profile information at any time
• Control visibility of date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth
• Request deletion of your account
• Opt out of push notifications via device settings

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, push notifications, and hosting
